Blackberry cars are committed to ensuring the safety of both our passengers and drivers.  With this in mind, and in line with guidance from HM Government and Transport for London (TFL) we have the following measures in place.

Before you Travel

Drivers are not permitted to work if they experience any symptoms of Covid-19 or if they come into contact with anyone with symptoms.  They must isolate for the govt recommended length of time

All our drivers are required to wear a mask whenever they are in their vehicle

All frequently touched places in the vehicle eg seat belt clips and door handles are sanitised before every trip

All vehicles are cleaned on a daily basis

During your Trip

Keep your windows open during your trip for improved circulation when possible

When this isn’t an option any in-car heating or air-con must be set to vent in fresh air and not circulate

All passengers must wear a face-covering during their trip unless they have a medical reason not to

Drivers will not handle your luggage unless you permit them to

Other points

If you would prefer to socially distance in your vehicle we recommend you booking a larger MPV5 or MPV6 car which would allow for a greater distance between yourself and your driver.
