FAQ

Q. Are you a licensed company?

A. Yes. Blackberry Cars is licensed by Transport for London (TfL), and all our drivers are Public Carriage Office (PCO) licensed. Licence No.06278/01/03

Q. Is your service available 24/7?

A. Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

Q. Do you operate fixed prices?

A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop-offs or pickups then these may incur additional charges.

Q. Will I be charged extra if my plane is delayed or early?

A. No. We track your flight landing time and will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver accordingly.

Q. We have children travelling with us; can you provide child/infant seats?

A. Yes, where a child seat is booked we will endeavour to supply one.  We cannot, however, guarantee this due to changing traffic conditions etc. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide a child/infant seat with a surcharge of £5 per seat. Car seats are not a legal requirement for travel by minicab in this country.

Q. What do I do if I can’t locate my driver?

A. Please call us on 0207 254 3344 or +44 (0) 207 254 3344 and our controller will get you in touch with your driver.

Q. How do I find my driver at the airport?

A. Your driver will be holding a board displaying the Blackberry Cars logo and your name. This will be in the arrivals hall usually near the information desk unless specified on booking.

Q. Is gratuity/service charge included in the price?

A. No. It is the passenger’s choice.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

A: We recommend you book your minicab a minimum of 4 hours in advance on the phone. In many cases we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.

Q: What types of vehicles do you use?

A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV’s and MPV+ vehicles which can cater for up to 8 passengers.

Q: What airports do you cover?

A: We cover all major London Airports which include Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.
