Visiting Bournemouth

Found on the southern coast of England, Bournemouth’s main function is as a seaside resort that caters to visitors looking for a beachside getaway in the warmer months of the British summer. With that in mind visitors can explore beaches that sprawl of seven miles along the coast.  Bournemouth is also famous for its iconic large Victorian houses that face the sea, many of which have been transformed into hotels and guesthouses. One of the main attractions to be found in Bournemouth is the Bournemouth Pier that has all the traditional seaside pier activities that one would expect such as gaming and typical beach snacks, and the updated pier now even features a rock climbing centre complete with a zip line for adventurous guests.
