Westbourne Park is located in west London, and named after the River Westbourne, one of the many tributaries of the Thames. Westbourne Park was the name given to the area when it was developed for housing, with an underground station opening in 1866.  It is a lively and trendy area, with streets lined with independent shops and restaurants. In summer, locals flock to Westbourne Gardens, a beautiful well kept square for community use.  The nearby Royal Park Hotel provides an ideal location for visitors to the area.
