- "Business with Integrity! We had a wonderful experience with Blackberry Cars. We had to change our itinerary at one point and the company refunded 9 pounds as the revised journey was shorter than the original. It takes integrity to do such a thing for foreigners who don’t know how much things will cost anyway. After coronavirus hit and our flight was cancelled, the company was willing to refund our entire balance, which we had already prepaid. It would have been easy for the company to refuse since we had already paid, and I greatly appreciated their integrity yet again. The company answered emails with lightning speed and the staff was always very kind and courteous. When we finally get a chance to travel, we are definitely going to use them!- Tripadvisor
- "Excellent service great price Excellent service. Great find. Highly recommend. Booked last minute from the states due to our flight home from being cancelled. Should have landed gatwick but new flight landed heathrow. Driver there on time to meet us at designated area. Pleasant and swift service at a very good price. Definately would use again."- Tripadvisor
- "BlackBerry cars offer an excellent service BlackBerry cars offer an excellent service. Very impressive - from Sarah's communication to Crystal picking us up promptly from Heathrow. Skilful driver and a very pleasant trip with good conversation and attentive and professional service. I would thoroughly recommend them, so please use them as these are difficult times and they really do deserve the credit here. I worked out that to catch a train 1st class was way more expensive for my family of three than the use of this door to door service."- Trustpilot
- "We used Blackberry last week while in London both from Heathrow to our hotel and back. Both times the driver was there on time and helped load our luggage. Very good prices and very professional service. Use them when you are in London, you won't be sorry" - Trip Advisor
- "We did everything via email from the US with Andy and Amy. We got off our ship and the driver and car were there. Driver was friendly, polite and most important, knew how to get around traffic. The car was roomy and clean. This was one of the best arrangements we've ever had for a pick up!" - Google User
- "Hi, I just want to say that I found this company to be serious. I ordered a car which was the most inexpensive but they really gave me a five star service. I shall always use this service. Amy was most kind and the driver was so courteous my drive to London City Airport was a breeze." - Trip Advisor
