We had to change our itinerary at one point and the company refunded 9 pounds as the revised journey was shorter than the original. It takes integrity to do such a thing for foreigners who don’t know how much things will cost anyway. After coronavirus hit and our flight was cancelled, the company was willing to refund our entire balance, which we had already prepaid. It would have been easy for the company to refuse since we had already paid, and I greatly appreciated their integrity yet again.
