Your driver will be instructed to enter the airport terminal for your pick up service 30 minutes after your plane has landed, unless otherwise discussed at the time of booking. Passengers carrying only hand luggage may prefer their driver to be in the airport 15 minutes after landing. Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated pickup point (see below) holding a board bearing the Blackberry Cars Logo, and with your name on it.
